Mooshkoo is a puppet show for children and families that explores what it means to belong. Through stories filled with curiosity, friendship, and adventure, Mooshkoo celebrates empathy, acceptance, love, and the many ways people come together to create a home and family.

Meet the Cornitopians
Mooshkoo
The star of our show! Mooshkoo is a lonely stray who tumbles through a portal into the magical land of Cornitopia. On her quest for a family of her own, she discovers that home isn’t just a place you find. It’s the pack you gather along the way.
Hal Piña
The vibrant, tropical loving Mayor of Cornitopia. While he’s a world-class cheerleader for progress, his grand plans often clash with local traditions. He’s a good guy with a big heart, even if he’s occasionally too shortsighted to see the ‘small’ feelings right in front of him.
Kernel Cornwall
The grumpy, serious-minded protector of the Cornitopia realm. A staunch traditionalist who values loyalty above all else. He’s the iron shield of the community. Just don’t expect him to crack a smile for any of the Mayor’s flashy new ideas.
Granny Kettle
The kind-hearted baker who is motherly to all, yet remains tough as nails when it counts. She serves as the gentle balance to the Kernel’s rigid ways, but she will fiercely defend her loved ones from any trouble. She’s the sweetest lady in Cornitopia, but make sure you stay on her good side!
Cyd
The fast-talking bully of Cornitopia, always hatching a new scheme with his partner-in-crime, Big Sal. While he presents himself as the realm’s resident “bad guy,” he’s a prime example of why you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Underneath all that sour attitude is a complex character waiting for the right adventure to show his true colors.
Big Sal
Big Sal may look like a silent, beanie-clad bully doing Cyd’s dirty work, but he’s really just a softie in disguise. Though he rarely pushes back against Cyd’s schemes, his wide-eyed innocence reveals a cuddly-bear nature that’s just waiting for a reason to do the right thing. He’s proof that in Cornitopia, you can’t always judge a lemon by its peel.
Brock Lee
Cornitopia’s resident hippie and former royal who lives for peace, love, and harmony. Very chill and incredibly wise, he uses his relaxed outlook to inspire everyone around him to stop worrying and start living. Whether the Mayor is stressing over plans or the Kernel is grumbling over tradition, Brock is there to remind them both to just relax and go with the flow.
French Pear-é
The man of a thousand fake “Ooh-la-las!” French Pear-é is a deeply insecure guy who puts on a worldly “show” just to be accepted and liked. While he presents a snobbish, high-society front with a borrowed accent, he’s actually a great person who is simply afraid to be vulnerable. He’s a sweet soul hiding behind a beret and a mustache, waiting for the courage to show Cornitopia who he really is.
Eartha Wiirm
The town’s favorite “know-it-all” bookworm! Eartha Wiirm is an avid reader who pops up from her underground lair whenever there’s a mystery to solve or a fact to check. She might be a bit screechy and a little too eager to share her knowledge, but she’s a sweetheart who is always there to help those in need. She’s the literal brains of the operation as long as you are prepared for a very long explanation!
Grapo
The kind-hearted clown who arrived in Cornitopia as a mute performer, hiding a former life as a world-famous opera singer who tragically lost her voice. While the town only knows her for her over-the-top antics and her signature ‘honk,’ she uses her dramatic flair and physical comedy to overcompensate for her silence. She might be a mystery to her neighbors, but she still knows exactly how to command a stage and bring a smile to everyone’s face.
